At SuperfluousMart.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and transparency:
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Prepaid Orders: If you have paid for your order in advance using credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other electronic methods, refunds will be processed through the original payment gateway or any other online banking system approved by the Reserve Bank of India. The refunded amount will reflect in the same account from which the payment was made.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via COD, refunds will be initiated through NEFT, UPI, or other electronic funds transfer systems to the bank account or address provided by you. To facilitate this, please share your bank account details, including Bank Name, Account Number, Account Holder’s Name, IFSC Code, and Bank Location, or a valid UPI ID, with our customer support team at customercare@superfluousmart.com.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:
- Late Return Requests: If the return request is made beyond the specified 48-hour window after product delivery.
- Missing Packaging or Accessories: If any price tags, labels, original packing materials, freebies, or accessories are missing while return.
- Product Usage or Damage: If the product has been used or damaged by the customer in any manner.
- Combo or Set Products: If the product was sold as part of a combo or set, individual items cannot be returned or refunded separately.
- Damage During Return Shipment: If the returned item is damaged during the return shipment process. In such cases, only 50% of the total order value will be refunded. We recommend ensuring proper packaging and insuring the item with the courier service used for return shipping.
- Delivery Refusal or Incorrect Address: If the customer refuses to accept the delivery or provides an incorrect shipping address, shipping and handling charges (both forward and reverse shipment) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing Time:
Refund cases are verified within 2 to 3 working days. On approval, we request the customers to return the order.
Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality inspection, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds typically take 3-10 working days to reflect in your account. If you have not received the refund within this timeframe, please contact us via email or phone for assistance.
