At SuperfluousMart.com, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Physical or In-Transit Damage: If the product you received is damaged, during shipping.
  • Missing Items or Accessories: If there are missing components or accessories.
  • The product is returned in proper OEM packaging with no damage, scratches, stains, or dents.
  • Product packaging is preserved in its original condition.
  • The product is unused and in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt (with no sign of installation).
  • Incorrect Car Model Year (for Car Accessories): If the product does not match the specified car model year.

Note: Images on our website are for reference purposes only and may not depict the exact product received.

Non-Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: If you no longer need the product.
  • Improper Handling: If the product is damaged due to improper handling or usage.
  • Made-to-Order Products: Custom-made products are not eligible for return.
  • Incorrect Model Year Provided: If you provided the wrong model year during order placement, leading to incompatibility.

Return/Exchange Guidelines:

  1. Notification: Inform our Customer Care team via email at customercare@superfluousmart.com within 24 hours of product delivery if you have any concerns.
  2. Return Window: Once notified, you can return the product within the next 3 working days.
  3. If received part(s) is damaged, a exchange request is to be initiated within 1 day of product delivery (2 days return window not applicable)
  4. Photographic Evidence: Provide photos when opening the package in cases of empty packages, quantity discrepancies, or damage. Ensure the following:
    • Four-angle photographs of the product.
    • Full box/package image with the label clearly visible.
    • Full image of the product and close-ups of any broken or mismatched parts (minimum of 2 images).

Condition of Returned Products:

All returned products must be in new and unopened condition with all original packaging, tags, literature, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, and accessories, including keys, straps, and locks intact.

Return Shipping:

We do not offer reverse pickup services. Customers are responsible for shipping the return parcel to our warehouse address (which will be provided via email). We recommend using India Post or any other cost-effective logistics service.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please note that:

  • We refund only 50% of the total order value. You may claim the remaining shipment value from the courier service used to return the product.
  • If the return request is made outside the specified 48-hour window.
  • If any price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories, or the box are missing.
  • If the product has been used or is damaged by the customer.
  • If the product was sold as part of a combo/set, individual products cannot be returned separately.
  • If the returned item is damaged during reverse shipment, we are not responsible; only 50% of the total order value will be refunded.
  • If the customer provided an incorrect shipping address or did not accept the delivery, shipping and handling charges (forward and reverse shipment) will be deducted.

Exemptions from the policy:

  • Items, which belong to the following categories, are not subject to refund: electronic and complicated electric parts (harnesses, instrument panels, parts with circuit boards, etc.), car body covers, exterior parts, bug & tar remover, and air fresheners. You’ll find Non-returnable mentioned on the product page for all the parts which have been exempted from this policy. 
  • Vendors/merchants may have their own requirements or refund policy.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality check, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds typically take 3-10 working days to process. If you have not received the refund within the promised timeframe, please contact us via email or phone for assistance.
